Grand Opening of Legacy West

More than three years after the groundbreaking, developers formally opened Plano’s $3 billion Legacy West development on Friday, and of course, they asked Emerald City to help celebrate!

Wow. That is the first word that comes to mind to describe how amazing this event was. It is always a great time when we have a public performance and get the chance to interact with our fans! The crowd was pumped, the energy was high, and despite the small amount of rain, everyone stuck around until the end.

Congratulations to Legacy West on a fantastic launch!

Legacy West has more than 300,000 square feet of shops and restaurants, about 300,000 square feet of office space, more than 1,000 apartments and a high-rise hotel.
