Emerald City Band is celebrating 40 years with a Special Anniversary concert, live at the House of Blues Dallas on November 15th. Doors open at 7pm and ECB performs at 8pm! This concert is for you, the people!

Emerald City Band hosted their annual New Year's Eve Celebration, Rock the 22, at The Hilton Anatole Dallas with great success. Fans enjoyed a meet and greet, seated dinner, and three hours of nonstop entertainment, followed by an afterparty.

We had the privilege of speaking with the team at Good Day Fox 4 about the rich history of the Emerald City Band. Starting in 1983 we hit the ground running, playing for public events with our original music and then moving on to covers of popular songs on the radio at weddings and galas.

Emerald City Band rocked Southlake’s annual Stars & Stripes event, performing at Frank Edgar Cornish IV Park. Surrounded by fans and festivities, the crowd enjoyed music, a spectacular fireworks show, and dancing to celebrate the 4th of July in Southlake town square.

A Flower Power Celebration! It was a sunny evening in Dallas when Hannah Forbare and Fritz Deichert gathered their loved ones together to celebrate their love for each other at The Ritz Carlton in the heart of Downtown Dallas.

It was an early celebration for the Fourth of July last weekend in The City of Allen for the Emerald City Band. Market Street, Texas Health and many other Texas-based sponsors teamed up with The City of Allen to host one of the hottest events of the Summer, “Allen USA”.

Emerald City Band was proud to be the closing act at this year's Murphy Sounds at Sundown! Every summer Murphy hosts local bands from all over DFW to perform at the Murphy Central Park Amphitheater which hosts an audience of over 3000 people.

Emerald City Band opened for Flo Rida on June 4th, 2021 at Taste Addison, launching summer concerts amidst a rainy start. The festival featured diverse cuisine, family activities, live music, and observed CDC safety protocols, making for an unforgettable, energetic night for all attendees.

It’s no wonder this is one of our favorite times of the year. The holidays and spending time with family and friends, what’s not to love? Adding in our concert with “Toys For Tots” at Lava Cantina The Colony this past week, it’s been the best yet.

Lights! Camera! Action! Emerald City Band had the amazing opportunity to perform at LeeAnne Locken and Rich Emberlin’s wedding reception earlier in the year. LeeAnne Locken, a main cast member on Bravo TV’s “The Real Housewives of Dallas” is known for her outgoing and “tell it like it is” personality and we’re quite the fan.

Emerald City Band’s annual “Rock the 2020” NYE Party returns to the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, drawing guests from over 20 states for a night of celebration, packages including dinner, drinks, hotel, and meet & greet. Tickets and info available at ecnye.com.

Emerald City Band has participated in hundreds of fundraisers for amazing causes, recently performing at three fundraiser galas. Founder Deno Taglioli is passionate about giving back and working with dedicated people to support important community causes.

Emerald City Band performed at the 2019 Treads & Threads black-tie gala at Kansas Speedway, supporting The University of Kansas Cancer Center, sharing the stage with acclaimed bands like REO Speedwagon, and highlighting the event’s special energy and significance in improving patient care.

Emerald City was thrilled to provide high-energy entertainment for Brooke and Landon McKean’s magical Broadmoor Hotel wedding, featuring gorgeous details, fun accessories, beautiful floral arrangements, and unforgettable dancing, all expertly planned by Sarah Viera for an incredible night to remember.

Texas Live! celebrated its one year anniversary with Emerald City Band, featuring lively entertainment, fan interaction, and sports excitement on August 9th, 2019, uniting fans for an unforgettable night of music, fun, and celebration.

Phillip Mistretta, Emerald City Band’s keyboardist, was influenced by jazz legends and artists like Herbie Hancock, Stevie Wonder, and Quincy Jones, shaping his passion for music and sound design. His diverse inspirations help create the band’s unique, “once in a lifetime” sound and style.

Emerald City Band celebrated Independence Day by performing at Addison Kaboom Town and City of Hurst’s Stars & Stripes, enjoying great food, fun rides, and phenomenal fireworks. Honored to entertain, the band describes the experience as breathtaking and proudly wishes America a happy birthday.

Emerald City Band’s new web series “Behind The Music” features interviews with passionate members. Bass guitarist Dwayne Heggar, with thirty years in the band, embodies their devotion to music, stating, “I think music is a spiritual element for all human beings.”

Emerald City Band’s newest recruit, Danny Phillips, is excited to join the ECB family. Influenced by his saxophonist father, Danny taught himself piano before switching to saxophone. Graduating from A&M Commerce in Music Performance, he looks forward to making memories and music with the band.

This Memorial Day weekend was one for the books. On Friday, we got to be a part of the Town of Prosper’s Downtown Live 2019! event and it was beyond amazing! The other musicians and bands who played were fantastic and we’re so happy to have worked with the Town of Prosper to celebrate.

Emerald City Band kicked off June by performing at the Allstate Insurance National Convention’s opening night at the historic Hotel Del Coronado in San Diego, lighting up Coronado beach with music and dancing for Allstate, America’s largest publicly held personal property and casualty insurer.

Emerald City Band performed at Minnie’s Food Pantry’s sold-out 10th Anniversary Gala, featuring celebrities and keynote speaker Oprah Winfrey. The event surpassed its $250,000 fundraising goal, raising over $1 million. Emerald City donated $5,000 and provided energetic entertainment to support the nonprofit’s hunger-relief mission.

Emerald City returns to the Windy City for Verizon’s Winner’s Circle at the Fairmont Millennium Park, filling the night with aerial artists, stilt walkers, contortionists, and Emerald City Band, creating another memorable Chi-town celebration.

Tahlequah Oklahoma really knows how to throw a party! Emerald City Band was so honored to play for the 7th year in a row at the Hearts of Gold Gala, which just gets better and better, with a packed dance floor and guests not wanting the night to end.

Rock the ’18 was a HUGE Success, with the epic annual bash featuring Emerald City, state-of-the-art lighting, pyrotechnics, and Dallas’ Elite. This electrifying event sold out, attracting guests from over 20 states and continues to grow bigger every year.

Emerald City performed at the Mercy Health Foundation’s 50th Annual Charity Ball in Fort Smith, featuring Brett Young and a record 1,200 guests. With a Winter Wonderland theme, the event aimed to raise $500,000, celebrating Mercy’s impact in the greater Fort Smith area.

The Cattle Baron’s Ball is a major American Cancer Society fundraiser, raising over $71 million since 1974 with top country artists. Emerald City and Restless Heart performed at this year’s lively V8 Ranch event, featuring music, food, and festive country-themed celebrations.

Emerald City was honored to headline the 15th Annual Hurst Stars and Stripes 4th of July Celebration. Emerald City opened their show with a beautiful rendition of God Bless America, sung by one of our female vocalists, Taylor Phillips.

What a way to jumpstart the holiday weekend! The Fourth of July is one of our favorite times of the year because we have so many opportunities to interact with all of our fans out there.

The City of Allen celebrated Independence Day early by throwing one of DFW’s biggest summer parties!! With over 82,000 people in attendance, this event surpassed ANY expectations that were to be had.

More than three years after the groundbreaking, developers formally opened Plano’s $3 billion Legacy West development on Friday, and of course, they asked Emerald City to help celebrate!

The 7th Annual Rock the 17 New Year’s Party sold out again, featuring fantastic food, great music, and high-energy dancing, VIP photos, celebrity guests, live performances from Special Edition and Emerald City Band, and a packed dance floor that welcomed 2017 with a bang.

We are so proud of this new Christmas song since its creation two years ago. It has been played during the holidays on radio stations around the country as well as being used for Fox Dallas Fort Worth’s Toys for Tots Campaign.

One of the more fun events we do is Rock the Red Door. For one it is for a good cause Cancer Support Community of North Texas. For another we get to dress up in Halloween Costumes and get crazy.

There is something famous about the town of Tyler and for another year Emerald City Band carried on that famous Tradition celebrating the Tyler Roses at the annual Rose Queen’s Ball. Young and old danced the night away in tuxes and ball gowns at the Harvey Hall Convention Center.

Over the years i got to know and became friends with Kidd, Kelly Big Al and the rest. From the charity work we did together over the years to the Second chance proms, theres is no better team on the radio and were honored to call them our friends.

Traveling all over the country and entertaining our fans from across the World is always an amazing experience and we love it, but getting to come back home and perform at Toyota Stadium for a great cause is hard to beat!
